Particular attention is paid to works dealing with Islamic studies using an multidisciplinary perspective, especially within Islamic Studies. The journal is published biannually, in June and December. The review process in this journal employs a double-blind peer-review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.
